Big beautiful place! We’ve stayed at this home multiple times and we just love it! It has a great outdoor setting, with lots of seating, the cooking patio in the back! Lots of fridge space. Great big dock with slide and drop down water gate, good depth for swimming and fishing! Very well gated for small children. The place was clean. Lots of beds. Stocked kitchen. Will return again!

Rod’s Family Lake House with boat dock

We had such a great time at this beautiful house on the lake! The property is spacious, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. The three bathrooms were a huge plus, and we especially loved the extra room outside—it was a great bonus space to hang out or get a little quiet time. The lakefront view was absolutely gorgeous, and the fishing was awesome! We caught some keepers right off the dock, which made the trip even more fun and memorable. Whether we were enjoying coffee by the water in the morning or watching the sunset in the evening, the setting couldn’t have been better. It truly felt like a relaxing escape. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a peaceful, roomy place to unwind by the lake. We’d definitely come back!

Very responsive host, place was perfect for our large group. House was nice clean and stocked with all the dishes and spices we forgot to bring! Dock was perfect for my boat and a good location. Wasn’t very steep like a lot of the hikes to the house on some other air bnb on bwd lake. We will definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful Father’s Day weekend. Spent the entire time on the dock fishing and just relaxing together, or kayaking on the lake. The beds were comfortable, and this was the best stocked kitchen I’ve seen in an Airbnb.

Two lake front houses on Lake Brownwood

We met family there with 10 adults (2 families of 5 w adult children) and had plenty of room. The younger group slept in one house and us old fogies stayed in the main house and that’s where we had meals. We used the fire pit (it was a chilly Thanksgiving) and spent some time on the covered dock at a table just visiting. Plenty of pots, and utensils for our meals. With a main room in each house we could have football on in one and games and visiting in the other and only be 50 feet apart. Great place for a small family reunion. We hope to go back next year!

We absolutely love it here! The home is spacious, extremely clean and comfortable. I grew up on Lake brownwood and the location is perfect. I loved waking up and seeing the lake first thing. We will be coming back.
