Outside, there is a swimming pool with whirlpool, a beach area and access stairs, and a beautiful kiosk with a barbecue area next to it.

Wonderful house with great location. Quiet and safe place. With a privileged view that only the interior can provide you. 2 min by car from the market, the nearest bakery and pharmacy and only 5 min from the Jacaré Pepira River waterfalls. Kitchen equipped with utensils and appliances. The outdoor area has a barbecue and pool. The cozy rooms with bedding, pillows, air conditioning and fans. Come and enjoy unforgettable moments.
