In the business region of Old Steubenville, it’s just a 5 minute drive to Franciscan University or Krogers grocery store, and a 5 minute stroll into Steubenville's Historic Fourth St, where you'll find Nutcracker Village, shops, restaurants and First Fridays! Pittsburgh is 40 minute drive. We have put a lot of love and attention into restoring this historic home to make it comfortable and cozy for our guests.

Cozy Getaway

This self-contained apartment is located in the lowest level of our nearly 100yr old home. We are located 4 min from FUS. You will have an exterior access door that faces our garage and parking in our driveway. Although there is one bedroom and one bathroom in the unit, there is room for an air mattress (on request) or pack-n-play (available in apt) to be set up, either in the bedroom or the living room. The kitchen has some cooking and dining equipment in it to make meal prepping possible.
