The apartment is located in parts of the 1st floor, bedroom 1 has a 120 cm bed and bedroom 2 has a 150 cm bed. The apartment has a living room that can also be used as a sleeping area and a large bathroom. Small kitchen is shared by hosts and guests. The host lives upstairs.

The location is close to the city center, airport and nice accessible hiking areas in Brønnøysund.
