The lovingly furnished house has a beautiful view of the forest, a large kitchen-living room, fireplace and underfloor heating. In the village there are 3 lakes with natural pools and outdoor swimming pool. Hiking in the nature park, cycling, reading in the hammock, grilling, relaxing, cooking together, sitting by the campfire or working in peace - all this is possible here.

In summer, the swimming lawn at Lake Zeuthen and the outdoor pool at Lake Miersdorf invite you to swim. Restaurants and shopping facilities are located in the town centers of Schulzendorf, Eichwalde and Zeuthen.

Many lakes and the small town of Boitzenburg with its beautiful castle in the immediate vicinity.

The monastery of Chorin and the ecological village of Brodowin can each be reached by car in 15 minutes (bike 30 minutes).

The space is commercially registered and therefore not subject to Berlin’s housing conversion ban. The Berlin City Tax (7.5%) is listed separately and included in the final price.
