In a bucolic setting in the heart of the Beaugoise countryside and just 20 minutes from the La Flêche Zoo and 35 minutes from the Loire and its Châteaux, you will occupy an independent eco-labeled accommodation with 1 large double bed, 1 single bed, bathroom, toilet, dining area and kitchenette. The accommodation has private access to the garden in the heart of an isolated property of more than one hectare, 800 m from the small village of Broc. The whole thing is a former small hamlet of the village, completely privatized.

Il se trouve entre Le Mans, Tours et Angers, à 250 km de Paris (A11). Sur un terrain arboré et clôturé, cette maison, proche de divers commerces (à moins de 5 minutes) et d’une gare (à 15 minutes), se compose de : 2 chambres (lit double), 1 chambre (lit simple), 1 salle de bain, 1 WC, Cuisine aménagée, Salon/salle à manger, Terrasse, 1 parking.

Notre maison est située dans le bourg de Villiers au Bouin avec Wifi. Composée au RDC d'une entrée avec placard, salon avec nouveau canapé convertible (avec vrai matelas de 18cm), cuisine tout aménagée, salle à manger, salle d'eau avec douche et toilette séparés. Au 1er étage, une grande chambre avec un lit double et rangement. Il y a une cour avec table et chaises de jardin ainsi qu'un barbecue. Possibilité de mettre vos vélos dans une dépendance. Parking. Tassimo Possible forfait ménage 40€.
