The Annexe is self contained with its own entrance for 2 guests in a quiet road with off-road parking. Excellent location close to Broadstone shops including an M&S Foodhall, restaurants, pub and cafes. It is also an ideal location for Poole Ferry Port (4 miles), trips to the beach or exploring the countryside. Bus 5 mins. It comprises of large kitchen/diner, living room, bedroom with king size bed & separate walk-in shower room. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, golfers and seaside activities.

Although the Annexe is part of our family home, we no longer live in the house & the property is only for guests staying at the annexe. During your stay explore the Dorset coast & forests, eat delicious meals at our local restaurants & pubs, spend a relaxing evening in fully covered hot tub surrounded by festoons lights, or spend the afternoon in the garden. The Annexe is a couple minutes walk away from pubs, restaurants, M&S & Tesco & lovely woodland walks. Sky sports is include.

Jackdaw Cottage - Beautiful cottage, town centre

Grade II listed 3 bedroom cottage with a modern touch located in the heart of this lovely market town. Pubs, restaurants & cafes are all within walking distance & parking is just a 1 minute walk. Sandbanks, Poole & Bournemouth beaches are a short drive away. Kick back with a warm fire and enjoy the nostalgic selection of LPs on the record player or step outside into the vibe!. Quite getaway, with everything needed for a short stay. Stylish modern, stand alone studio, with private entrance. Modern shower room & kitchenette, with dining space and King size bed. There is a shared garden area with your own dining and lounging area. We do have a lovely little dog who is very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello.
