20-25 minutes from City Centre. (Also ideal for Anfield, Alder Hey hospital and Knowsley ) Safe parking is on the street immediately in front of the house. Best of both worlds! A comfortable room in a spacious, bright & quiet terraced house with garden, adjacent to large Country Park & stately home (Croxteth Hall), but under 25 minutes bus ride into the city centre. 10 minute walk from West Derby Village with its several pubs & small bistros. Huge supermarket & 2 takeaways around the corner.

Residential area with close access to bus, rail & M62 motorway. 9 minutes by train to city centre from nearby Broad Green train station. From there buses go to Anfield & Goodison Stadiums. 16 minutes by taxi/car from my house to football stadiums. Local golf course & parks. Walking distance to Broadgreen (Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital) and Alder Hey Children's hospital. I also have listed a double room should there be more than one guest. The double room price is very reasonable.

Comfortable double bedroom in a period house in a safe and friendly Liverpool neighbourhood. Sole use of private bathroom, use of fully equipped kitchen and a lovely sunny garden. We have a quiet and very friendly 6 year old Beagle, Sam, so welcome all dog lovers. There are loads of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops nearby, and within walking distance to Penny Lane, Strawberry Field and Beatles childhood homes. Frequent direct buses to the city centre and every 30 mins to Anfield.

My house is about 15/20 minutes away from the city centre by bus and a short taxi drive to Anfield football stadium. Please note I am not in the city centre and there is a map showing where my house roughly is when you are looking at the location. Couples often come to explore Liverpool or watch a football match but anyone is welcome and I hope you will love my city as much as I do!
