Beachfront holiday rental in Broadbeach

Lovely, comfortable and clean stay. Very close to beach and local cafes/ restaurants.

We had a nice 2 night stay at Natalie's apartment in Burleigh Heads. the place was very clean and spacious. The only downside (totally out of Natalie's control) was the works on the main road out the front of the apartment and the bright lights from the building across the park (an eye mask would help with that). Natalie had fantastic communication and very friendly to communicate with. Nice and close to 3 breweries, a distillery and Coles and Aldi just 450m walk down the road. We would highly recommend staying at this accommodation.

Amazing place! Doug and Deb's place is peaceful and comfortable. It is close to restaurants at Kingscliff and Casuarina or has everything you'd ever need to cook for yourself - we did a mix of both. The house is very welcoming and the beds very comfortable. There is a lovely walk to the beach and 2 cafes and there is also a dog friendly beach about 15-20 minutes' walk in the other direction. Don't miss Cubby cafe at Chinderah - a very short drive away. Go early to get a blueberry and lemon curd muffin - they're all gone by about 11am. All in all, we had a wonderful, relaxed 9 nights and highly recommend the house and its location.

Barnaby was truly amazing! He was very accommodating to me and my little family from beginning to end. He checked in to see if we needed new sheets, which was great. I think the only things that were a tiny downfall was not having a spare clothes rack to dry our clothes and a few bathmats to change over (I used one of our own towels and alternated) and some face washes to wash our daughters face in the shower before bed. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay!!

Excellent location, close to beach Cavill Ave and Broadbeach. The pool was great, very quiet location. Main bedroom has an amazing view, comfortable bed and fresh linen. Thanks so much for having us.

A wonderful stay in a picturesque setting. Brett’s attention to detail with this space is worth every penny. Perfect staycation, cosy has all the amenities you need and more and even more perfect in Gold Coast sunny winter days. Will be staying here again. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay—the view was stunning, the place was comfortable, and the location was perfect. The hosts were responsive and helpful, especially during check-in. One issue we encountered was that the TV browser had visible pornographic search history, which was inappropriate and made us uncomfortable. It would be great if the TV could be reset between guests. Overall, a great stay—9/10!

Great place in the center of Surfer’s Paradise with stunning views and amenities.

I absolutely loved my stay! The apartment was easy to find, had convenient off-street parking, and was secure. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, surf club, and local shops. Everything was within walking distance, which made exploring super easy. Zoe was a great host and very easy to communicate with, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

My family and I had 5 amazing nights at Broadbeach. The room and view was incredible. The checking in and checking out was a smooth process and the staff communication was very friendly. I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Sapphire Oceanview Suite! The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking ocean views – waking up to the sound of waves and watching the sunrise from the balcony was pure magic. The location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of Surfers Paradise, just a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and public transport. It was the perfect base for exploring everything the Gold Coast has to offer. Communication with the host Yogi was smooth and easy – they were friendly, responsive and made check-in a breeze. I truly felt at home from the moment I arrived. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, stylish and well-located stay. I’ll definitely be back!
