Free parking and a large lawn in front of the apartment are available. The apartment has its own entrance and a mini gym. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a "Welcome Basket" with local delicacies. The skate park and sports field are located in the immediate vicinity. We offer our guests free bike rental. The location offers an excellent starting point for excursions.

The location is along the Italian border so you can visit Slovenian and Italian places which are accessible within an hour's drive: Soča river, Lipica, Postojnska and Škocjanska cave, Goriška Brda (wine region), Piran, Sistiana, Trieste, Grado, Venice.

The location is very close to many trails (Alpe Adria, Gemina, etc) and in the heart of Carso winemaking district. Dog and cat present on premises. Local turist tax 1€ per person per night.

This is a wonderful, cosy and private apartment in this lovely little village. The space has just finished renovation and everything is new, fully equipped kitchen, large bedroom with TV, lovely bathroom and another separate WC. Country style living and dining area overlooking the private garden which is now fenced, and terrace with doors out to this area. The Fenced garden area is secure for dogs. Fairytale Karst house with the sea view

It is a small, fairytale house located in the Slovenian Karst region, on the edge of the country, and nothing but a green wine valley separates it from the Adriatic sea. The open view from the house is the most precious thing there. You can see all of the gulf of Trieste, from the lighthouse of Savudria, to the Venice lagoon. In the center, there is a delta of Soča river, Isola della Cona, which is a must see natural park.
