All the comfort of a modern house in a 3,500-square-meter park, a few blocks away from a beach on Rio de La Plata. A jacuzzi, a wood stove, AC, an oven, a fire pit, a grill, a mini pool, internet, smart TV, and more. A beautiful experience of relaxation, tranquility and nature. IMPORTANT: 4 people max, March to December only over 17 years old, January and February any age. Note: electricity is charged separately. Depending on usage, it ranges from 2 USD to 6 USD per day. An oasis in Boca del Rosario with access to the river and its own jetty for sporting activities (including kayaks) and fishing. We also have animals such as horses and sheep. The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Spacious living room, with bar, dining room and daily dining room and large full kitchen. Also a large gallery with a barbecue, lots of green space and a field pond for bathing. As mentioned above, the field has access to the Rosario River with a dock and ramp to lower boats.

Los Alamos - country house

Los Álamos is a charming country house with spectacular views, where you can disconnect from the daily grind and connect with rest, nature and enjoyment. Built in the early 20th century, renovated without losing its essence and with all the amenities for your stay. It is equipped for 12 people, with a kitchen, stove and wood-fired oven. There is also a barbecue and a large park with a heated pool. It is located in the rural area, between the city of Juan Lacaze and the Artilleros resort.

'Tierra Luna' Guest House (hot tub)

Enjoy our guest house. Master bedroom with a king-size bed, plus 2 beds in the living room (max. 4 people). - It has a Hot Tub for exclusive use (included in the price, firewood cost) - Shared swimming pool (summer) and gym. Old colonial house from 1850 in the heart of the Historic District of Colonia del Sacramento. Its walls preserve more than a century of history, enhanced by a large terrace and viewpoint from which you can admire incomparable sunsets over the Río de la Plata. Outside, you'll find a green space with a half-sized tank where you can enjoy the outdoors. With free parking on the property.

Casa del Rio, fishing and sports.

It is a house that is in a ranch, with a natural and wild setting, but with a well-kept space, beautiful to sit near the Ceibo tree to read and enjoy the sun and the birds. The area is well-kept, and has a boat or kayak ramp. You can swim in the river, but it's a good idea to use a float. It's the perfect place to spend a quarantine or a few days away from the city.
