Fantastic home! Our host was incredibly friendly and quick to respond. Location is very walkable with lots of things to do and places to eat. Had a few amenity issues but our host was quick to offer alternative options and additional services. Would love to be back :))

We love the Collinsville area and are very familiar with it as well. We love the walking trails, restaurants and especially the location which is close to our family. The parking and entry to the home was extremely convenient. The nice little touch was the basket of snacks that Tammy left.

Beautiful property and area was quiet. Place was close to multiple highways, which was very nice. Big perk to have a washer and dryer. Bedroom was very cozy. Would stay again and recommend.

My friends and I (4 adults) had a fun couples weekend and really appreciated the stay! The space was a great size for all of us, and it had a lot of thoughtful touches like extra towels, clear instructions, and even games to play together. We had a great time and, despite a few things we noticed, it was overall a good stay and I’d probably stay again. Pros: • When we first walked in, the place smelled super clean • Spacious enough for four adults to feel comfortable • Extra essentials provided in case we forgot anything • Convenient and easy parking • Tons of games to play, which was such a nice touch • Ice already stocked in the freezer • Clear instructions and a very welcoming host • location, close to all the places we planned to visit Cons: • We found a bug in one of the rooms that was a beetle and the host was super helpful with that situation • There was hair on the beds, in the shower, and even in some cups in the kitchen . Neighbourhood caught us off guard.

This was our second stay at Michal's place, and it was as wonderful as the first. The apartment is very nice, has comfortable beds and is very well equipped. It is very cozy, was spotless, and well stocked with bathroom and kitchen supplies. Michal was also incredibly nice and responsive. We will look to stay again next time we're in the area.

I've stayed in several places but Kg's stands out as the best place. In general the place is comfortable,peaceful and private, Appliances are new and house is sparkling clean with simple functional layout plan. Parking is private (not in the street). Each room has modern functional AC with remote control for heating/cooling. Kitchen has latest LG cooker- highly efficient. washer and a fast drier was great. The 2 bedrooms are separated but not too far from each other with a lot of storage available. I really loved the cleanliness and effort made by KG to make the place comfortable for a family trip. I Will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful experience! We traveled to New Haven for a concert. It was only a 15 minute drive from the home. The Airbnb had everything we needed such as extra towels, snacks, and even a homemade candle, which smells lovely. Ryan was quick to respond and made sure we had everything. I would book with them again.

We had a wonderful stay. Such a peaceful spot yet close to enough to everything you’d need. Alyson was very kind and thoughtful with her nice welcoming touches. We definitely would stay again!

Great host, clean & cozy place. Local to all freeways, spacious parking in the back with easy access entry. Nice neighborhood and plenty of lounging space with roomy bedrooms. Recommend more towels and a full length mirror in both rooms. Will definitely book again!

Godfrey was an incredibly responsive host! We arrived earlier than planned, and he was very accommodating. The home was spotless, well-organized, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Thank you for hosting us!

Very cute place in a great location right downtown in Litchfield. Apartment had everything you need. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and a cute coffee shop. Very nice host!

We booked for one night for an AAU basketball tournament we were in town for. Great space, great price - everything was clean, Alan was super responsive, we would definitely book again! Space for was perfect for father/son.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay if you are ever visiting or traveling I would highly recommend this place everything about this stay makes you feel at home !! Host very respectful and responsive anything you need (if needed ) she’s right there to guide you and another thing is this place is very convenient around shopping centers , grocery stores, Planet fitness, etc !! We stay here each time we come to Connecticut. It is so neat and clean and has everything you need in it. It is close enough to our son’s place and all the things we want to do. He has been so helpful whenever we have a question we highly recommend staying here.

Viktoriya’s place was a perfect place for a quick stay! Lots of windows to open for a breeze to come in to cool down the place! Viktoriya was very responsive and flexible. My flight landed at 1 and she let me check in early, free of charge! I’ll be back in Hartford this time next year and I would come back here!

Right from the beginning, Ana and Richard were extremely helpful. At first, we had booked using an old listing, and when we realized the mistake, they were proactive and accommodating, helping us get the rates and dates we had booked for. Check in was smooth, and Ana texted instructions and videos that made finding the house, the right door, and getting in extremely quick and helpful. Whenever we had questions about the house and policies, we got clear responses very quickly. The space itself was very quaint. The living room setup was cozy, the kitchen had everything needed for cooking, and there was some tea and welcome baskets with snacks that made you feel right at home. The two bedrooms were delightful and both had A/C units that kept the rooms nice and cool; the beds were very comfortable as well. The walk-in closet and additional storage space made it so nothing ever felt too crowded. The bathroom was very clean, and the provided towels were soft and smelled fresh.

My family enjoyed their short stay at Camilla’s apartment. The apartment was a beautiful place.

Place was nice, exactly what was listed. Cozy space, cute red theme. Small but very clean bathroom. Air conditioner provided for room. I was happy with my stay! Door to get into the airbnb was annoying, it is a storm door, rather than a regular door with steps down. The ceiling is made only of wood above the bed, so you will hear EVERYTHING from upstairs, including footsteps, sitting on the bed, etc. and it sounds amplified. S.P’s initial message seemed very strict, but I asked questions and realized it is just a copy and paste message that she sends to everyone. Her instructions were very clear, could be warmer and more welcoming. WiFi was not provided until I asked. Over all, it really is a no-frills place and it gave me what I needed. Fees are high, though.

Marge was an amazing host who went to effort to ensure we were comfortable and taken care of. For example, in advance of our arrival she asked what type of bread and juice we preferred and if we wanted milk or cream for our coffee. She providd fresh eggs and even sent a dozen to our daughter who lives down the street. The apartment was welcoming, clean and cozy. The kitchen and pantry were well-supplied to meet our needs. We will definitely stay at Marge's next time we visit our daughter.

Very quaint little spot! Located in a very quiet, serene area. We absolutely loved the yard and the trails behind the house, my dog felt right at home! Renee was very responsive when needed but otherwise felt we had plenty of privacy despite being on the same property. Space was clean and charming and everything we needed for a quick wedding weekend! Would definitely recommend for a relaxing quiet weekend!

We enjoyed our stay. The space was amazing and spacious for five adults. Our experience with Jose’s listing was outstanding, from the cozy bed to the stunning views every morning and the timely response from Jose. It made the family trip a memorable one!

If you are looking for a peaceful stay with an absolutely gorgeous view I fully recommend this place! The sound of nature as you look down the mountain full of beautiful trees and landscape! The hot tub in the space was relaxing and perfect! Everything you need in your little area. Also, Al was an absolute pleasure. He was sweet, very accommodating, and gave great recommendations! I would highly recommend and I would love to return in the fall to see the view in color!

We had a wonderful stay! Gabe was a very welcoming host and shared some great local restaurant recommendations—highly recommend checking out Casa Nova on River Road. His two dogs, Molly and Nate, were also incredibly friendly and added a warm, homey touch to the experience. The apartment was spotless and filled with thoughtful notes that made everything easy. A special surprise was the bag of everything needed to make s’mores left for us—such a sweet and thoughtful gesture! The pool area offered stunning views, and the hot tub was clean and perfect for relaxing. There’s even a hiking trail accessible right from the property, which we unfortunately didn’t get a chance to explore—but it’s a great bonus for future visits. This place truly felt like a little piece of heaven. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Jim’s place will be where me and my little family of2 will be every trip to ct. first Jim was very responsive during the booking/messages process. He was very sweet and understanding. Coming into the home it’s a cute space very open. Upon coming in we were welcomed with a welcome note that was so cute! We also had a very clean and private space. My wife is has ptsd and doesn’t sleep well other places then home but at Jim’s she was sound asleep and was able to have a peaceful stay. From the annuities that was very considerate. There weren’t the cheap hotel stuff that is usually in Airbnb’s. They were nice namebrand, considerate things along with appliances. Jim was very responsive and actually checked in a few times just to make sure we were having an absolutely great stay.
