A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

Riverfront manor close to a golf course

Small 19th century mansion in a large wooded park by the river Sarthe. It has 4 outdoor dining places, bicycles, a boat, inflatable mattresses to lounge on the river and a petanque court. It is located 16 km from a large golf course and 15 km from the first chateaux of the Loire. Be careful, the house is cold in winter despite the fuel heating, the fireplaces make it possible to make 2 rooms pleasant: the kitchen and 1 living room

I offer a mezzanine room with miller's ladder access, with small storage for clothes and a reading table. On the ground floor a shower with small vanity and toilet. The accommodation is located close to the town centre and twenty minutes from the gates of Angers.

This friendly and modern studio on the 1st floor , completely refurbished, will make you crack . As we can say "small but cute", indeed it is a one-room studio furnished with a 140x90 bed with good quality bedding. We have optimised the space to the maximum. The bathroom and toilet are separate. It is located 50 m from a bakery, in the city centre of Château-Gontier. Possibility of parking easily in the street for free.

Tour Saint-Michel, gîte de charme

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

The property has many amenities. it is independent of my house with a different entrance. the wifi network is functional, fiber optic just arrived in our small town 😉 I am delighted to welcome you, accompanied by my faithful Australian Shepherd.
