Grab yourself one of Central Coasts best coffee's from Empires D'lite. If you are a bringing a boat along, you can plonk it in at Kendall Road wharf and be set for the day. There is also kids parks, tennis court and bbq area close by.

Our modern waterfront home has uninterrupted views over Phegans Bay & Bouddi National Park from every room. You can see all the way to Lion Island & Palm Beach Lighthouse. Just 1hr from the harbour bridge, 7mins to Woy Woy train station & restaurants, 10mins from the freeway. Several amazing beaches are nearby or access Brisbane Waters from the private Jetty. Indoor/outdoor living made for the family - BBQ, pizza oven, kayaks, library, table tennis, pool table, games. The perfect chill zone.

The Jetty Boathouse

The Jetty Boathouse offers a cute waterfront apartment with 180-degree views of Brisbane Waters in the quaint village of Saratoga. Indoors boasts two bedrooms, open plan living/dining, and a cinema/games room. Outdoors offers a private deck with a BBQ and an additional eating area. A stroll from the beach and nestled amongst the trees, our sweet seaside studio is filled with treasures we have collected along the way. The Collectors Studio is a unique, eclectic space designed for couples or solo travellers to have a relaxing few nights away. Its the perfect summer or winter getaway with our old wood burner fireplace and clawfoot bathtub to keep you cosy in the cooler months, and Blue Lagoon Beach only 1 block away to enjoy in the warmer months!

Pittwater Boat House

If you like being on the water then this is the property for you. Situated on the foreshore of magnificent Pittwater, the Boat House offers a tranquil getaway on absolute waterfront with a private jetty. A secluded romantic spot with fire pit, hot tub, kayaks and small motorboat to explore Pittwater. The Boat House offers a unique opportunity to unwind and relax in privacy. Please note if you have serious mobility issues this property is not suitable.

Waterfront Treehouse on the Hawkesbury River

Surrounded by national parkland on the Hawkesbury River, the Treehouse is an architecturally designed red-cedar cottage set high on the riverbank with a private jetty and spectacular water views. The two queen beds are furnished with luxurious cotton and Belgian linen. The main bedroom is on a mezzanine level and overlooks the living area which has a slow-combustion fire. Perfect in summer or winter. (Sunday check-out is 5pm.)

Bushwalking and water fun

My place is close to great views,beach and bay. The guest accommodation is on the lower floor of our home and is a self contained spacious and seperate living area. We overlook Hardys Bay which is within 300 meters and offers excellent coffee shops,restaurants and general store,bottle shop. Bouddi national park is a few hundred meters away and offers extensive bushwalking tracks,secluded beaches and excellent views.
