Holiday rentals with lake access in Brisbane

We had an incredible experience at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The property was spotless, beautifully styled, and had every amenity we could possibly need. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the attention to detail throughout the home made it feel truly welcoming. The location was perfect – peaceful and private, yet close to everything we needed. Our host was amazing: responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

An absolutely amazing place to stay. It was exactly as advertised and Jen was very accomodating and easy to communicate with. We visited for an event at Pat Rafter Arena and it was very easy to get to and from the venue. We highly recommend staying here.

Thankyou for the stay at short notice. It was just myself and my cat so we enjoyed the peaceful walks along the river in the early mornings. Craig’s place would be perfect for families with children and animals. There is so. much to do along the river, boating, fishing, BBQs, playground, coffee shop and friendly people. What a truly beautiful place to stay! Close to all major shops but still able to enjoy the beautiful property. Saw so many beautiful kangaroos in the yard during my stay, which was truly magical. The hosts were completely lovely, responsive and friendly, and I felt that they truly cared that my time there was as amazing as I wanted it to be. Peaceful, relaxing and just a beautiful place to visit. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!!

Rarely would you find a Host who does everything possible to make your stay as perfect as it could be. The apartment presents beautifully and has pretty much everything you could want or expect from an Air BnB. If you wish to stay in the Everton Park locality of Brisbane, you would do well to ask Bernadette if she has availability. I personally do not think you will be disappointed if you stay as her guest.

Loved this place. Central for a lot of places. Restaurant's right on your doorstep. Citycat a few seconds walk. The flat was well equipped and spotless. Host was always ready to help with anything. Would definitely recommend this place and will definitely go back. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had! The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and exactly as shown in the photos. I especially loved the balcony view—it was the perfect spot to relax. The building also had great amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and direct access to the casino and terrace, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Wendy was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout. Check-in was smooth, and everything I needed was provided. I genuinely felt at home. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

The location of this place is excellent for exploring Brisbane City and Southbank - walking distance to everything including the citycat . The host was very responsive & always helpful. She Even left a little birthday gift for my husband. The apartment itself is fantastic - clean and tidy with amazing views! The drawbacks are that the beds are extremely firm, we couldn’t find any tea towels to dry the dishes (so we used the dishwasher), the spa at the apartments were both out of service & we heard the neighbours moving furniture at 1.30am. We suspect they were moving out. Parking and accessing the apartment was bit confusing. For future guests who park at the William street carpark / star car park please note it is $80 a day however the daily rate resets at 6am each day. Once in the carpark you can only park on B3. Find the lift and go to level 4 & walk to another entrance to access the lifts to the queens wharf apartments. Other than that we had a great stay

Great modern apartment with nice facilities. The sauna and steam room Were a hit with our family, as was the location over the bridge to the wheel and the south bank.

What a great place to stay by the sea! Georgia's place is literally across the road from Scarborough beach! A great place for swimming and walking! Great park for the kids opposite too. Well stocked kitchen and appliances really help for longer stays! A quiet and comfy place to stay!

Was an absolute amazing place to stay and so close to Brisbane. the wood fired pizza oven was awesome and made our pizzas tasty. Thank you to Craig for lighting it. Everything we required was there and the bonus of dry wood for the fireplace on a cold night was perfect.

We had such an awesome stay in midway cottage such beautiful scenery and very relaxing with lots to do and see highly recommended staying we will be back and being dog friendly is a big 5 stars

Jo was so hospitable, she met us on arrival & had lots of local knowledge to impart. Lovely comfortable cottage with some goodies in the fridge for us to start with. The location was great, close to the beach with other amenities just a short drive away. We would definitely love to stay again.

Beautiful spot, not far from the city but away from it all. Feels more remote than it is. Space for alot of people. So many activities or just lay about the pool.
