It stands inside a near future National Park, not very far from famous French towns : CHAUMONT (45 km), TROYES (85 km), AUXERRE ( 94 km), DIJON (94 km) and served by the motorway A5 (50 km/way out 22 or 23) For those who love nature, many walks or rides are possible, particularly in the chatillon’s forest (more than 20000 ha), that starts close to the village.

We will make sure you have a very pleasant time with this beautiful house and its garden in the immediate vicinity of the Douix ("one of the most beautiful backgrounds in the world", according to TF1) as well as the city center of Châtillon-sur-Seine.
