A beautiful village house, in an idyllic setting surrounded by vines. The house is tastefully decorated and very spacious, the garden is beautiful, secluded and large, our Labrador loved it! An ideal place for a tour of Sancerre vineyards, with a great restaurant along the road in the village.

Wonderful, discrete hosts. Great house with large, private, fenced off space. Access to the forest directly outside of the property which was ideal for dogs. Loved the area with close proximity to all the castles of the Loire, just wish we had more time to enjoy this area for a bit longer. Big thanks again for hosting us, it is greatly appreciated ❤️

Nicole and Jean-Jacques were very attentive hosts who even spoiled us with a bottle of Pouilly Fumé, cherries, croissants and an aperitif to say goodbye. Despite their warm hospitality, they always respected our privacy. The maisonette has everything the holidaymaker wants. Kitchen, bathroom, TV, parking on the property, bicycle storage in the shed, everything great! The absolute tranquility is also worth highlighting. There is absolutely nothing to fault. A true haven of peace. This stay was an enchantment. The place is full of charm, with authentic architecture and a soothing atmosphere. The delicate smell of roses climbing on the facade added a magical touch. It felt completely disconnected from the world. Peace, nature, and beauty, everything came together for a peaceful and refreshing stay. I will come back without hesitation.

We better understand the status of "superhost" after a few days in Patricia's Garden. Patricia was very welcoming and always attentive to us. We feel very refreshed after these few days. Our kids spent their time in the pool and calendering Tokyo which is very affectionate. The garden is beautiful and the cottage is very well equipped for a family of 4 Parisians in need of greenery! The cottage is very comfortable and enjoys a very pleasant and peaceful setting. We had a bachelor party and were able to fully enjoy the available space, whether inside to play board games or outside with the barbecue and brazero. Excellent stay with my two children, the house is very well located close to the bike paths of the Loire, private courtyard to park your vehicle. The house is very clean and well equipped, we were able to enjoy the pool, the sauna, the ping-pong table and the bikes kindly made available. Dany lives on site in the house opposite, very discreet and available if needed. I highly recommend this peaceful haven for good times with the family.

The house and park are very nice. The spaces are really nice. There is all the necessary equipment you may need, and even more. The barbecue and terrace available are great for summer evenings. The environment is really bucolic, calm and soothing.

Very peaceful accommodation, ideal for a moment of absolute disconnection. We have the opportunity to test all the services offered by the place, namely the dining/living room area with the fireplace and the outside with the rest areas and it was very pleasant.

A great welcome from Jérôme, always ready to help and make sure his guests have the best stay possible. That was the case for us. The charm of the place is undeniable. Huge barn for parties. But don't expect luxury. It remains rustic and country-style. For us it was perfect!

Charming apartment. The description corresponds exactly to what we found when we arrived; very cozy apartment, you immediately feel good in this apartment, decorated with a lot of taste. The apartment is really in the city centre and 5 minutes' drive from the equestrian park Very pleasant hosts, very responsive and do everything to accommodate you. I highly recommend it.

We loved our stay at Alice's place! Sancerre was lovely, and we were in a perfect location to walk to everything we wanted to do in town. The house itself was clean and stylish, with especially comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen provided everything we needed, and we loved eating breakfast on the patio. We also toured the winery Alice is affiliated with, and we absolutely loved it! There is so much history in both the house and the winery!

Mathilde is an exceptional host! The stay is a wonderful stay. She takes great care of you. A stay in the countryside that does you good! Thank you very much, we will be back :-)
