If you live in a big city and just want to get away to somewhere quiet & clean with access to hiking, biking routes, snow shoeing, skiing or a launching point to Zion NP, this is a perfect location. You can hike and bike without getting into a car. If you are planning your IKON or EPIC ski trip or Sundance Film Festival visit this is a great location. Park City is only 20 minutes away and the home is almost equally distanced from 6 major ski resorts (EPIC,IKON).
