The Basalt Stay

The Basalt Stay is perched just before the Derwent Valley, with an apricot orchard on one side & wide sky and river views out front. Sunrise breaks behind the bridge & lights up the living areas. Sunset falls downriver while the swans do their thing on loop. If you’re lucky, the moon pulls a showstopper—rising over the water like it owns the place Inside, you’ll find warmth, clean lines, a crackling fire, and just enough space to recalibrate.
