Absolutely stunning place, met every expectations, will definitely be returning to this apartment. The location was great, near the seafront and walking distance to shops, Trecco Bay, Rest Bay. Great detail in the finish of the apartment has been given 100%. Lovely jesture of a welcome pack containing welsh cakes, elvis drinks (as it was the Elvis weekend), tea, and coffee. Beds and bed linen were so comfy and the bedroom was lovely and so quiet with no passing traffic. Cannot fault this little gem of an apartment. Definitely do not hesitate to reserve. Thank you for our amazing stay. Loved it.

The house is in an amazing location, only a ten minute walk to the beach and town centre. There are small convenience shops close by and larger shops also within walking distance or driving. The apartment was clean and spacious. We had a lovely time.

A wonderful 5 🌟 stay. All correspondence was easy and prompt. Easy access by key box to property; nothing was any trouble for the owners who live on site. The apartment is right on trend with great equipment and comfy seating plus a neat table and chairs for eating meals. Throws and cushions enhance the comfort and look of the plush leather settee; plenty of utensils and crockery are all matching. Lighting is excellent throughout the flat. A beautiful bath in addition to a good sized shower and sumptuous towels in the bathroom The bedroom has good storage including a little walk- in wardrobe which also housed ironing board etc. the bed linen was of good quality and spare pillows available. The property is so peaceful; lovely views from windows; the grounds are pretty and a few playthings for children set up in a nice grassy area. Plenty of parking and night lights for coming home late. A brilliant stay and we would highly recommend this roomy apartment.

Amazing location! Walk to the beach in minutes and straight onto the coastal walk. The view from Tims first floor apartment is hard to beat! Totally unspoilt; overlooks the golf course and out to sea. Beautiful. And if surfing is your thing it has an amazing surf club nearby with items to hire, lessons & a cool cafe just mins away. A short drive or half an hour flat walk into town for shops/pubs/ supermarket etc. Building itself has a good lift right outside the flat. Note there is a fair walk needed to carry bags from the car. We found it easier / shorter to park at the back of the building and wheel our luggage through the open courtyard (rather than parking by the main entrance gate). We would highly recommend and love to return.

Thank you for the Prosecco and the food items left for us, gratefully received. Location was within easy reach of the town and the seafront. The apartment was clean and had nice finishing touches.

Very proactive landlady, nothing was too much trouble, quick responses to queries regarding accessibility and availability, the best Airbnb host we have encountered! We will definitely come back again! Apartment was spotless and clean, tidy and comfortable!

Amazing place. The rooms are clean and big, and furnitures are great. The environment is beautiful and the seaside looks brilliant. The staff Beth is very friendly and sorted our issues immediately. Definitely 5 star recommend!

This is just what it says on the tin. What you see is what you get. Great property with clean spacious bedrooms. Kitchen is clean and has everything you need. Lounge is small but I knew that from the pictures therefore I wasn’t expecting anything else. Everyone in the surrounding area were lovely and welcoming, particularly in the local Pub. The most important thing was the communication from the owner, who responded to any messages instantly. This makes the stay so much more comfortable knowing that if there were to be anything I needed I could get a response straight away. Thanks. Smashing

Lee was the perfect host responded quickly and was there to greet us on arrival and show us around. The van is really comfortable and had everything we needed and more! Would definitely stay here again.

Nice homely feel with most modern conveniences. Great communication with owners. Two sets of steep stairs within the property and very small shower so those with mobility issues/overweight/tall would be best to avoid.

Nice comfortable little studio, quiet and tidy with everything you need for a short stay. No frills but none were expected, just an affordable and well looked after place to stay.

What a beautiful apartment, the pictures really don’t do it justice. The place has beautiful high ceilings and is so spacious, everything is of high quality and lovely and clean. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay ❤️

We stayed here for our wedding night. Absolutely beautiful accommodation, lovely touch of petals on the bed. Grounds were stunning and I even had a cuddle with the resident ginger cat. Would love to stay again.

Beautiful estate, grounds look well cared for. Jack and Mollie were amazing. Only initial communication was with Lorraine (maybe) all other comms with Mollie. Such a peaceful serene location. Quite pricey for the night’s stay

Lovely weekend break at the coach house. Accommodation was great, perfect for self catering, very comfortable beds with great quality bedding! 15 - 20 min walk to the beach, same distance (in the opposite direction) to the local pub and shops.
