Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Brickell Key

This was a very nice condo. My family and I were so happy to have stayed here. The condo was clean, well equipped with cleaning supplies, vacuum, plates, cutlery, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster. It felt just like home.

I was able to have a very nice stay in Miami. Daniel's room was very spacious and comfortable and everything was in order. I'm sorry that you actively sent me a message, and rather I couldn't reply. I would like to take care of you the next time I come to Miami. Thank you very much!

Honestly one of the best places Ive stayed at. The pool is amazing. The guest house is enough space for 2 people. The parking is a great add on. South Beach is about 30 Mins away but its completely worth staying here. Absolutely loved this location.

Great location, lots of local eats and public transportation stops. Solid 20-30 minute walk to the bridge/sand. Def recommend going over the bridge for south beach

Location was absolutely beautiful. From the apartment, views, pool, lobby, etc! The only complaint was that there was only one wash cloth available so we had to go buy some. Other than that i would def stay here again!

Michael’s apartment is super nice and clean. He was very accommodating, friendly and responds quickly. The apartment has a nice view and the Uber rides to south beach and Wynwood are very affordable. 10/10 recommend for anyone to come stay here you won’t be disappointed !

Claudia was a fantastic host! She was very helpful, answering our questions about the neighborhood and where to buy groceries. The house was clean and very comfortable for our group of 6. The garden and pool area were beautifully maintained and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. Overall we had a great time and felt right at home.

El alojamiento fue muy cómodo teníamos Todo lo necesario para quedarnos tranquilos en la casa. Únicamente diría que a la casa le faltaba un dishwasher y espejos cuerpo entero. Volvería sin dudas alojarme con Patricia 😁

If you’re looking for the perfect place to book for a Miami getaway or vacation not exactly on the beach(short 20-25 min drive) then you’ve found it. Home looks as pictured. Close to fast food places, Walmart, and FIU campus. The heated pool was perfect for the windy days we had while on spring break there. My kids enjoyed the property, the spacious rooms, the outside games and pool toys. 10/10 recommend. They do all the cleaning, you just have to check out on time. Of course we tried to tidy things up before we left but that’s awesome to just be able to leave and not worry if you forgot to do something.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, spacious and well-stocked. It was the perfect size for our group of five adults. The screened-in porch and backyard were beautiful and peaceful. The landscaping was lovely and we enjoyed sitting on the porch enjoying the weather. There are multiple spaces within the house, porch and backyard to sit and relax. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms nicely decorated. ExtraordinaryWe were in town for a family wedding, and the location was perfect for us. There are several grocery stores and other amenities within a short drive. Check-in instructions were clear and Gabriel was responsive. We would highly recommend this rental and would stay again in the future.

Angela’s place was perfect and close to all our wedding events and venues. She is very responsive and accommodating to ensure a pleasant stay. The location is close to many areas of Miami with many restaurants near by. An added bonus is the awesome coffee machine. Place was well supplied with everything that is needed and very clean. Angela even went above and beyond and supplied me with a portable full length mirror to accommodate my make up and hair session. I would highly recommend the place and would stay there again if needed to visit the area. What a lovely host! Thank you Angela for making the weekend a bit less stressful and for your kind hospitality.

Definitivamente me volveria a hospedar todo bien y tranquilo , y lo que más me gustó es que había de todo para tu comodidad como bolsas de basura , sazones , platos descartables , cepillo de diente de todo un poco , en otros lugares que hemos rentado no te suministran casi nada , súper encantada la verdad volvería , se me olvidaba las camas están súper cómodas valió la pena muchas gracias .

Came for Spring Break with my family. Location was great. Near many restaurants and walkable points of interest. Beach was 10-15 mins away. Would stay here again. Simon was responsive and gave good recommendations to local places.

I wish I could gatekeep this place lol. 5 star experience for a fair price! They don’t treat you any differently than a Four Seasons guest. Staff was super friendly. Amenities were amazing. Can’t complain!

This place was clean and perfect for my husband and I to spend spring break. We relaxed at the pool often and enjoyed the comfortable bed.

Lo coordina todo a la perfección para que no le falte ni gloria al huésped en ningún momento y no tenga que esperar ni un minuto tanto para hacer el checkin como para cualquier problema o duda que vaya surgiendo. Creo que si hubiera más Ingrids en la tierra no existiría airbnb. Y, en cuanto al apartamento, lo único malo que puedo decir es que, cuando te vas, empiezas a notar una pequeña depresión por no poder quedarte a vivir ahí toda la vida.

The best host I’ve ever had on Airbnb. Dmitri was always very quick to respond when I was booking. And once I made the reservation, he helped me with everything and was always very attentive. He personally welcomed me to the apartment and showed me around. The apartment is wonderful. The location is great—close to the beach, the best shops, and supermarkets. The stay was simply flawless. I’m just grateful to Dmitri. Don’t hesitate. If you see this apartment available, book it right away—it’s hard to find a better place, especially if you’re traveling with your family like I was.

We had a lovely time! The location and amenities are amazing - easy beach access, pools are gorgeous and you can walk to restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment set up was good set up. The apartment itself is not sure fancy (the building, lobby, amenities are top of the line!), but it was perfect for our family and everything was very clean with essentials available in the kitchen. The host is super responsive and clearly communicates. Overall a great stay in Miami!

This house was the best place we can stay at. We are animal lovers and had a view of a park where everyone walks there dogs or plays with them. It is nearby all the stores like Marshall’s, Target for any last minute things we forgot. Tap48/tap42 (can’t remember the name) was a great restaurant to eat at! It’s also right on the corner of your stay. The view on the balcony was beautiful, you also get to see the pool. The apartment is very private and a perfect size. Made me feel like I lived there. I really didn’t want to leave! The pool was great and not too deep which is perfect since I am short haha. We didn’t get to do mini golf or bbq but the pool was beautiful. The front desk people were always so nice, especially BETTY!❤️❤️ Hope to get this place every time I come back to Miami. Thank you so much for allowing us in your home, we treated it with care and honestly dod not want to leave! Also, the parking spot is perfect if you bring a car. Super easy to get in and out. I had an amazing time staying at Anita's place. It is in the heart of Brickell which was perfect and close to everything. She gave me very helpful tips eg. places for cigars and drinks, car rental. Anita made my first trip to Miami fantastic, so now I have made Miami my go to spot!!!!! Cheers Sam B
