Watching “CoCo” cook—his energy is unmatched—is an experience! Get there early; we went twice, and it was packed. Consider contributing to The Local Joint’s “pay it forward” option. A $10 donation covers a meal for someone in need. This region of North Carolina was severely impacted by Hurricane Helene. The destruction is heartbreaking, but the community is rebuilding. Many businesses and walking trails remain closed, so keep that in mind.

We were visiting Asheville for a friends wedding and this provided the space and amenities we needed for a long weekend. It was peaceful and had a nice patio and outdoor space. It was an awesome suprise to see the fireflies twinkling in the trees by the creek at night while relaxing after a long day. It was just me and my husband but would be nice for a group of adults or a family getaway also. Plenty of space. Thanks for a good vacation!

Nice quiet spot walkable to downtown Weaverville. Easy drive to Asheville. Jay's instructions were super simple and easy to understand. I appreciate his communication and assistance!

I am an avid hiker and not from north carolina so i have stayed in many cabins. This was by far my favorite. It was Absolutely beautiful and spotless. James provided a quick tour, was very responsive to messages, and very kindly told us we could help ourselves to what was in the kitchen. 10/10 we would absolutely come back.

Big backyard was perfect for the dogs. The Cottage was just as described Very clean with everything we needed for the weekend. We contacted Brandon once for broken blowdryer and he offered to run one over in a couple hours. Very responsive and accommodating. We will stay again

I have to admit that I am not the best at writing reviews after staying at airbnbs, but this one was especially great for our family. We were traveling with our baby and 2 dogs, and we found the space very peaceful and well suited for us. I loved their fence for the dogs and the way the bedroom and living area is situated. Would highly recommend and will be coming back!

Donna’s “Hobbit House” was a perfect spot for two. It was cozy and just as described, peaceful and private. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable! We really enjoyed the area and appreciated all of Donna’s local recommendations. We had dinner at The Library and Canyon Kitchen, both outstanding!

My wife and I were visiting family in Asheville and Mike and Cate’s Asheville East was perfect!!! Within a mile of my family’s place, very reasonably priced and the unit was spotless!! Looked brand new. Perfect for two. Fully-stocked kitchen and a very comfortable bed. We had everything we needed. Mike and Cate are excellent communicators and tell you what you need to know. We will definitely stay here again!!!

We had a wonderful time celebrating my fiancés birthday in Saluda as well as staying at Karen and Katie’s place. It’s an absolute adorable house that was perfect for the two of us and our service dog. Location was peaceful and exactly what we were looking for! Would definitely go back!

Debbie's lakeside retreat was a beautiful home away from home. It was the perfect size for 1-2 people and very well stocked (cooking essentials, grilling supplies, kayaking things, shampoo/conditioner, etc.). We LOVED having access to the lake and hanging out at the water. The area was very quiet and super relaxing. Also, the year round Christmas tree made me feel super cozy. Top tier air bnb.

Ann’s space was so relaxing, clean, and cozy. We enjoyed the covered porch while it rained a bit. Well worth the visit and would be happy to come back!

It was a place I will never forget. Kelly & David did an amazing job taking care of us with all the snacks, bathroom supplies, etc. They made it feel like home. It was so private and peaceful! Jane’s farm cottage is nothing short of a slice of heaven! She made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived and the little cottage had everything we needed! I loved the large cabinet that had puzzles, games and toys for young children, what a unique and thoughtful touch. My absolute favorite part was being able to wake up on the porch listening to the sounds of nature and drink my coffee while watching Jane’s precious animals also wake up with the sun. Jane is a one of a kind of host who truly has the gift of hospitality. Anyone who is lucky enough to stay at the cottage will be blessed by her presence and warmness! The cottage is close enough to Black Mountain to have easy access to a grocery store, shopping and restaurants as well. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay at the happy red cabin! It’s a special place perfect for unwinding and unplugging. The town of Saluda has excellent food and lots of nature around to explore. The cabin is comfortable and clean, also private and quiet. We will definitely return!
