In the village about 250 m away there is a small minimercado with a café. The house is located directly on the hiking trail to the cliffs to Mosteiros and to Caldeira Sete Cidades. The location offers a scenic and quiet starting point to explore the rest of the island.

Ceiling height is 4 meters. This house consists of 3 sleeping areas, each with its own dressing room and its own bathroom.
