I have been teaching feminine movement since 2008. I taught for 10 years at S Factor - a pole studio in Los Angeles following a rigorous and thorough teacher training program. This led me to teaching at retreats all over the world as well as coaching on film & television sets. After moving to Nashville in 2018, I realized it was time to create my own class based on my decade of experience in movement and meditation. The Love Shack has been providing ongoing classes to our local community since 2019, and after many requests, we are now opening our doors to visitors!

8 years of experience I have grown my personal training business from a garage gym to a fully-fledged facility. I am certified through the National Personal Training Association. I have been recognized for my contributions to fitness and athletic development.

15 years of experience I've taught yoga in most Nashville studios and now operate my business, Namaste Nashville. I have certification from the Yoga Alliance and am also a qualified personal trainer. My passion in life is connecting with people and supporting them to find balance.
