The building is the elegant conversion of an old heating plant re-designed by architects into living space in 2010. In a quiet small street, yet a few minutes walk from the train/bus stations, Grand Canal, supermarket, restaurants, shops. Ideal for exploring the 1,600-year-old city on foot, without giving up the standard of living you are used to today including high-speed WiFi, lift, steam bath.

Cosy and bright studio apartment right in the historic centre (just outside the Limited Traffic Zone [ZTL]), with a private entrance and views of a private courtyard and internal gardens. The studio apartment features a large kitchenette and a loft that can accommodate up to 4 people. As an alternative to the mezzanine, there is a large sofa bed. You ALWAYS book the entire studio, but the price varies depending on the number of people staying. Bicycles can be parked in the inner courtyard.
