Outside, there is a terrace, a pay-per-use hot tub with a Jacuzzi, a wood-fired Finnish dry sauna, a wooden playhouse for children, a large car park, and the property is fenced. We invite you to a beautiful wooden house with an external glass sauna overlooking the forest and a Jacuzzi where you can regenerate. (Note: in winter, in the event of frost, we reserve the right to temporarily exclude the Jacuzzi from use). The house has 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. In winter, we offer 2 cool ski slopes nearby: Zagroń and Złoty Groń. And within 45 minutes, there is a great ski resort in Szczyrk. IMPORTANT: In winter, for safety, it is worth having chains with you.

We offer FREE OF CHARGE!!! year-round outdoor Jacuzzi, garden sauna available without limit from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.  Our cottage is completely ecological, because we care about the environment as much as we do about our guests:) Children stay for free, max. 6 people, including children! In Lipowska Chata, there is an absolute ban on organizing any events and a mandatory night silence.
