La maison et son parc sont à vous, tranquillité garantie !

My secluded cottage lies in the countryside of Normandy on a completely private terrain of, 8000m2 with an own driveway. The remote house sits alone in the hills with no neighbors and has a garden with cherry, apple and walnut trees. Explore the lush green grasslands and charming French hamlets right from the driveway. The house is within easy reach of the Normandy beaches, national parks, castles and medieval cities. A basic retreat for lovers of nature and peace.

Nearby hiking trail of the Vire Valley with the canoe base and the Roches de Ham climbing site. The cottage is located at an equal distance from the landing beaches, the Mont-Saint-Michel, Granville, Cherbourg. Discover the wonderful site of the Souleuvre, with bungee jumping, and a little train ride. Ideally located at the intersection of the GR 221, the cottage allows hiking, biking, horseback riding along the towpath.

The Firs

A renovated old cider barn, with plenty of original character beams. A cosy lounge and well equipped kitchen are found on the ground floor. Access to the first floor is up a spiral stair case, leading to a large open bedroom and bathroom, plus a separate Sipper bath located on a small mezzanine.
