This is the 1st floor walkout of our home. It has its own entry and there is no shared space with us. We occupy the upper part of the house. This is the most beautiful location in the area. We have an outstanding view of the ten mile range and Lake Dillon. It is breathtaking. Our decor is modern with mountain luxury in mind. We have 2 bedrooms with 3 extremely comfortable king beds. Cozy and quiet setting and only 4 miles to Main Street. Multiple decks, fire pit and private hot tub. Only a short trip to the historic town of Breckenridge to explore the great shops and dining options. There is a free shuttle stop at Blue River Rd and Hwy 9 just under a 1/2 mile away ( Limited afternoon/evening stops on winter schedule, see schedule on Summit Stage website) Great location for year round activities.
