Doua sunt cu bai proprii, iar patru sunt la mansarda și au o baie la comun. Casa dispune si de o baie de serviciu la parter, o bucătărie utilata complet, un living încăpător cu sistem audio, TV de 127' și Xbox. În curte se găsește un leagan, doua mese si un loc de gratar.
