The second time I've stayed in this apartment, I feel at home and I'm already planning to come back. Everything perfect.

Central location for those who go to work. Ease in the surroundings with convenience stores. Optional breakfast, which is helpful for those looking for a balanced relationship between economy and efficiency. The host was very helpful in resolving specific questions. Anyway, highly recommended.

Excellent accommodation, however, a little distant from the main sights of Brasilia. I recommend the stay. Voltaria for sure.

I liked the accommodation. The space is a delight, the kitchen was equipped so that we were able to make a good dinner and breakfast. The bed is comfortable. The place is quiet and nice. .

Good location, it's in front of the Conjunto Nacional shopping mall and close to bus stations, and the monumental axis! Very comfortable and impeccably clean. It's great to be able to arrive and ask for the key at the reception.

The place was nice and clean. it was exactly where I was going to be in that neighborhood so it was a walk away from where I needed to be. One of the toilets wasn't flushing upon arrival but Gabriel offered to sort it out immediately. I declined because I was only there for two nights and just used to other bathroom. The split unit in the bedroom was dripping water into the bathroom. I did lock the keys in the apartment accidentally and Gabriel and Emiliana were on it right away and got me access to the apartment again, no problem. It was a very nice place and Gabriel was a great host.

Thank you for the space shared by Dona Ione, all impeccable. We feel very well installed, the location is wonderful and had everything close to restaurants, bars, market, pharmacy and a lot of green area. Quiet, peaceful and with plenty of air circulation. We went to work and we liked it very much, all made available with great affection and care. We will certainly be back!

Jhonatan's apartment is perfect for small business or leisure trips. Offering a double bed, air conditioning, internet, full kitchen and washing machine. The outskirts of the apartment have everything: bakeries, markets, restaurants, bars, etc. The neighborhood of the building is polite and caring, as well as the owner, Jhonatan, who answered me promptly on all my calls. It was a great experience!

My stay was simply wonderful! The host was extremely attentive, always available to help and make the experience even better. The space was impeccable — clean, well decorated and exactly like in the pictures. The location was also excellent, with easy access to everything I needed. I recommend with my eyes closed and I would definitely stay again!

Excellent value for money, fully met my needs and matched the description of the listing. Everything was clean and check-in was easy. I was just upset with the Flat because it didn't store my suitcase at checkout and this ended up disrupting my logistics a lot. A positive point is that the Flat has two convenience stores that save your life. As for the accommodation itself, the only observation I make is that I felt a little cold during the night. Could have one more blanket available.

Very well located accommodation and very close to the Concessionárias subway station (it must be 200 meters away), with several shopping and leisure options in the surroundings. The apartment was clean and very neat. Attentive host and very clear instructions. I recently moved to the Federal District and used the accommodation temporarily while I was looking for a permanent place to stay. I highly recommend the stay!
