You will be 25 minutes from Saint Pierre and 15 minutes from Tampon. Close to hiking trails to the volcano, Dimitile and Grand Bassin and a stone's throw from the descent into Bras de la Plaine. You will also be 5 minutes from the magnificent Pont d'Yves blue lava tunnel and 5 minutes from the magnificent Parc des Palmiers.

A bathroom with toilet is also located on the ground floor.
