We have two large custom leather couches, that comfortably seat eight (8) ppl, we also have a large dining table that also seats eight (8) Guests, a full laundry, two full size fridge /freezers, 6 burner gas BBQ and a well stocked kitchen with most things you’d expect to find in your own kitchen. We have ceiling fans in the living spaces & in both queen bedrooms, a heat pump (heater / split system) in the living space plus a lovely wood box fire. These ensure you’re comfy & cosy for your stay.

Trail View house, Blue Derby views near bike trail

Trail View is our special spot in Derby. Historically steeped in the mining past, our bedrooms look out of lead light sunray's to the moss laden forest below as does the deep bath with unlimited hot water for bathing and showers. A relaxing , tranquil and private home with everything we need to revive the senses after an adventurous day on the trails. The wood burning heaters and fire pit circle provides us a cosy area to gather where stories are told and memories made.

Roxannes at Derby - Set on 3 acres.

Known to the locals as the bottle house, the original old cottage has plenty of character with bottles cemented into the wall around the fire place and a wagon wheel set into a stone wall. A recently completed extension has added 2 Large Bedrooms with views of the lavish hills, the property faces north catching the sun. Set on 3 acres gives it a real country living feeling while only 7 mins walk to the Dorset Hotel and 5 min ride to the Trail Head.
