Welcome to our 40m² eco-conscious cabin nestled in the heart of the Potsdamer Wald- und Havelseengebiet—a 4,871-hectare nature reserve filled with pristine forests and shimmering lakes. Just a 6-minute bike ride away, you’ll find the Große and Kleine Lienewitzsee—two hidden gems perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and peaceful picnics. Even on the sunniest days, these lakes remain quiet and uncrowded, frequented only by locals in the know. Thoughtful Design, Natural Light Lovingly renovated with a deep respect for both heritage and the environment, the cabin features reclaimed hardwood windows and terrace doors, as well as timeless mid-century teak furniture. Large windows and glass doors flood the interior with natural light from sunrise to sunset. From the bed or the sauna, watch the golden light melt through the trees at dusk. Heating The cabin has two electric heaters, but the main source of warmth is the wood-burning fireplace. It quickly fills the space with a deep, even heat and adds to the cabin’s cozy atmosphere. Firewood is provided (please bring your own lighter and firestarters ) and making a fire is part of the experience of staying here. The electric heaters are available for a little extra support and to keep the temperature during the night!

The cabin is located just an hour‘s drive from the center of Berlin. It’s located in a forested area primarily used for recreation. The property itself is 4000 sqm, offering a beautiful garden to relax. An outdoor sauna is also available. The surrounding area offers several lakes and forests for swimming and wandering. Relax in the countryside or 1 night for cycling enthusiasts

Take a break and relax in our spacious garden, not far from the Havel cycle path and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with a gas hot-water shower, dry separation toilet and small cooking area has a particularly good sleeping climate thanks to the insulation with hemp and clay. The cottage was created with loving care and is newly built. The aim was to offer modern comforts (Wi-Fi, hot water and comfortable beds) in a rustic style. Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, unwind, go cycling, take walks in the forest, socialise, practise yoga or meditation under the trees, soak in the warm hot tub in winter and gaze at the starry sky, and in summer, cool off, have a barbecue and relax in the garden with complete privacy from view.

Dear guests, enjoy a cozy break in our lovingly furnished cottage. One large and one small towel are provided per person; four comfortable pillows are also available for single occupancy. The garden is mostly enclosed with hedges and offers sheltered areas for relaxing behind the house and by the sea buckthorn. You are welcome to move the garden furniture. Please bring the seat cushions to the covered terrace when it rains.

Offer vacation home in an idyllic location, about 150 m from the lake in Himmelpfort. The house has one bedroom with 2 single beds, a living room with sitting area, TV and 2 sleeping lofts (one loft accommodates one, the other loft accommodates 2 people), a bathroom with shower and toilet and a kitchen with microwave, kitchenette and fridge. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the forest belt of Lake Stoplsee.

Finnish cottage between forest and lake

Enjoy morning coffee with birdsong in the hanging chair, go swimming later in nearby Wukensee and barbecue on the terrace in the evening in the glow of the fairy lights: This is possible here! We are located right on the edge of the forest and have direct access to the "Biesenthaler Becken" nature reserve. Nearby swimming lakes include the Hellsee, the Große and Kleine Wukensee, or the Liepnitzsee.
