Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Bradford

Our stay couldn't have been better for me and my family. Great location, quiet and private; set back from the road. The house was just what we needed with plenty of space. We ended up staying longer that planned and Maria was able to allow us to stay as long as needed. Maria was an excellent host and responded quickly to our questions. If you are planning on staying in Concord, I would recommend staying here! Thanks again Maria!!

Beautiful home that is about 15min from Manchester, which is wonderful to walk around (shops, restaurants). The home is secluded on a nice piece of property in the woods. It was a charming getaway with a wood-burning fireplace and great amenities (games, dart board, hot tub, etc). Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay, first off, walking in the place smelled amazing and the clean relaxing decor and night lights made it so cozy. The beds were inviting and having two bathroom was the icing on the cake! It snowed while we visited but the yard is amazing!! It has outdoor seating, a grill, and fire pit. The landscaping is definitely professional and tasteful like everything else he provided. We can’t wait for warm weather so we can enjoy the outdoors more! Place was great! Less than 10 minutes to Mount Snow. We had fun playing ping-pong, air hokey, pool, and darts! Relaxed by the wood burning stove. Lots of rooms and beds.

Stephanie was an Incredible host! The listing matched her description and the property looked even better upon checking in. Stephanie maintains this property really well and I couldn’t have felt any more at home. The home was clean and had a perfect cozy feeling to it. In addition, this was really close to the mountain, which made the getaway even better. I enjoyed the privacy and waking up to a nice snow dusting before my trip to the mountain. Had a great stay! The house was clean, cozy, and just steps away from the lake—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The view was beautiful, especially at sunrise. Would definitely come back!

Dangerously cozy. Quiet at night, but not so secluded that it felt eerie. The cottage itself is stocked with every miscellaneous item you might forget—toothbrushes, soap, cooking spray, local maps, scissors, etc., and was clearly well-cared for and, beyond that, loved. We indulged in a game of Scrabble on a board from 1976: this isn’t any sort of apartment set. People have clearly lived here. Dave was accommodating and understanding when I made my first booking on AirBnb with him, requesting more information about my trip and myself without making me feel like I was under investigation. House is just perfect. Highly recommend booking with Dave.

A very kind couple and a lovely home. We had a winter storm come through at the end of our stay and they were very accomodating of a late checkout if we needed some extra time to deal with the snow. Also their hommade Banana bread is a 10/10!

Brianna's farm apartment was just as described! It was very clean, warm and quite spacious. We had everything we needed to have the perfect restful weekend in the barn, with the most peaceful surroundings. Brianna left some delicious teas and chocolate which was also nice personal touch. We didn't need anything during our stay but our pre-visit communications were super helpful and very nice. Would definitely stay again!

We had another wonderful weekend at Barbara & Chad's suite. We've stayed there multiple times and love it for our family of four. The hosts are always responsive and so very helpful. We also love the nearby Berkshire East Mountain resort and nearby local towns. Looking forward to our next visit!

This property is definitely within the top five Airbnb’s that I’ve ever stayed at! The apartment is absolutely beautiful with no detail missed. The kitchen was impeccable with light snacks provided and coffee/creamer, which is a huge plus for me. The bathroom was spotless with beautiful, plush towels and a lovely washer and dryer set. The living room was very comfortable with a reclining couch. The bed was very comfortable with plush linens. I can’t wait to stay again when I’m working in town.

Cold Comfort Farm offers a wonderful setting and view for anyone who wants a true New Hampshire experience. It reminded me of my youth growing up nearby. Jo was completely welcoming.

I had just left an Airbnb that was deplorable . Tony and Sonja ‘s place was just like going home . Felt very comfortable as a single woman having the space attach to their home. However felt very at ease when it came to privacy . The unit was immaculate. They could not have been more accommodating and kind . Highly recommend!

I own a cleaning business, so I’m picky. The place was immaculate. Many extras, so if you forgot a toiletry, chances are Susan has provided it. Bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water in the shower. 2 tv’s, small fridge and a toaster oven. We would definitely stay here again.

I am so glad to have found this gem. Lovely experience. It was the getaway me and my family needed to reconnect with nature and unwind. David was so helpful as were his family. We look forward to coming back.

We had an amazing stay! The house was perfect for us and our dogs—plenty of room to relax, a fully stocked kitchen, and super comfortable beds. We especially loved the fire pit and cozy wood stove for chilly evenings, and the coffee setup was a great bonus in the mornings. Brooke was incredibly friendly and thoughtful, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

My husband and I went to Ossipee to celebrate our anniversary. The cabin was cute, cozy, and exceptionally clean, with every amenity you could possibly need. Michele was a wonderful host, attentive to every detail and offering great suggestions for things to do in the area. She made our anniversary extra special. We will definitely be back—we loved it! Quiet, cozy cabin in a beautiful area perfect for a weekend away reset. Our dogs loved the area and walking trails and local pizza shop Anika's was delicious too!

What an awesome spot! We will most definitely be back and stay longer next time. Can’t say enough how accommodating and welcoming Michele and Mike were. We enjoy riding the atv trails in the area and this location is perfect for that. You can ride to the trails from the cabin. The river is awesome, can’t wait to come back in the summer to enjoy it more ! Very clean and cozy.
