My annex was recently built and is finished to a very high standard. It is fully insulated with underfloor heating and is equipped with everything you may need to make your stay comfortable. The annex is located to the rear of my property which is within a highly desirable area of Douglas and is extremely quiet and private.

Beautiful cottage in West Baldwin. Ten minute drive from Douglas. Glorious walks, dark skies and so peaceful. A covered dining area near the river and birdsong can be enjoyed in any weather. Five minute drive/30 minute walk from Nobles hospital.

Ballawyllin Farm Cottage

Manx stone cottage in the five acre grounds of Ballawyllin Farm in the beautiful East Baldwin Valley. Just 10-15 minutes' drive from Douglas. Own hot tub in patio area outside cottage with spectacular views up the valley.
