This suite is part of the new guesthouse portion of our home. Our charming home was originally built in 1936 (by a wonderful couple I was blessed to know) but has since undergone many additions and remodels. We are in love with it and the gorgeous mountains surrounding us. With hiking/mountain biking trailheads < 1 mile away, reservoirs, rivers, and ski resorts close by, there's plenty to get out and do, or just enjoy our farmhouse retreat and over an acre of grass, fruit trees, and gardens.

We invite you to enjoy quiet country living at its finest. Located right off of 1-15, our property is right next to the Bear River and adjacent to Bear River Bottoms Hunting Club. Nearby is Hansen Park (1 mile away), Crystal Hot Springs (8 miles away), or Golden Spike National Historic Park (32 miles away). We have a family friendly yard equipped with slide, swings, trampoline and pond stocked with fish/turtles. 1 bedroom, toy loft, and a large family room. Additional beds are available.

We have a private space for our guests with up to 3 bedrooms and 5 beds, full bath, work/desk area, laundry, kitchenette, dining area, family room with tv area and fireplace, foosball, Infinity game table, and lots of board games. Additional charge of $10 per adult and/or child after the first guest to cover the other beds/bedrooms. Fully licensed and all safety inspections. Book our place only if it meets all your needs. Classic Modern Basement Suite

Welcome to our basement suite! This apartment is located in the basement of our family home. To enter, you must come through our garage and shared back door. Once inside, head downstairs where you will have a private bedroom, bathroom, game/exercise room, family room and kitchenette. We live upstairs and can be available if you need. Conveniently located near I-15 and I-84, an hour away from major ski resorts. Great place to stay if passing through or staying awhile.

With high speed fiber optic internet it is perfect for working online. Near many ski resorts, fishing lakes, rivers. Two blocks from Golden Spike Sports Arena and Fairgrounds. Close to Hill Air Force Base. Nice backyard with fire pit, fountain, wishing well, large acre lot with lots of trees and flower gardens. One mile from I-15, close to shopping and dining. Apple Berry Cabin

The cabin is built on our family farm nestled next to a 2 acre apple orchard and spring fed ponds. You can enjoy a stroll through the trees, especially nice in spring when the trees are blooming. Relax next to the ponds while watching the fish swim around or the turtles basking in the sun. The area is great for bird watchers, with a wide variety of birds that vary with the seasons. There is no WiFi available at the cabin.
