Gîte with swimming pool in the green heart of France

Next to our farm is the small gîte on a dead end road. The old barn was transformed by us into an independent studio with all the amenities (including solar panels) for a carefree vacation; open space with kitchen, sitting area, queen size bed and bathroom. In front of the gîte is the covered private terrace with fencing, so that dogs can safely be off their leash. In a separate part of the garden is the swimming pool, which our guests can use. Suitable for 2 people. Pets are welcome.

This sunny cozy cottage offers you all the comfort, privacy and tranquility for a wonderful stay. The cottage has a kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom for 2 people, bedroom for 3 people and a crib/high chair. Upon arrival, the beds are made, the refrigerator is on and if necessary the wood stoves are lit, wood is available. Outside you have a beautiful view, there is plenty of space to create your own place, in the sun or in the shade. Swing and football for the kids.

Léon invites you to come and relax in this unique and quiet cabin by a pond in its green setting. Chalet of 19 m2 with 140 cm bed (+ extra bed 1 person or baby bed on request), equipped kitchen area, shower, private toilet outside, heating, air conditioning, fan, shaded terrace, hammock, plancha... Available: free boat, tandem rental, bike rental for rides, baptism in old Peugeot 203 car by reservation. One animal on a leash accepted.

The house is at the end of a road, it has been renovated to offer all modern comforts while retaining its original charm. The house is located on a totally private estate of 350 ha. You can enjoy the garden and barbecue but also the surrounding countryside with lakes (fish) and forests. A biological swimming pool is a 10-minute drive away.

This sturdy, stylish accommodation is perfect for a nice overnight stay. The gîte is equipped with all necessary amenities. If you want to use breakfast, that is possible, you can book this. Outside you can enjoy the sun terrace, with a view over the meadow where the horses graze. The gîte is in a rural location, but a short distance from a restaurant, supermarket and the highway, A71 (10 minutes).
