Our modern-style duplex has just been fully renovated and is fully equipped. Located in the city centre, it is still a relatively quiet spot at the back of the building ('Créaflors' store – rear courtyard). Our 70 m² accommodation is spread over two levels and comes with all the essentials: a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with a reading corner, and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. It is ideally located in the centre of Couvin, with free parking nearby.

Everything has been created so that you can make a discreet and quiet entrance and escape in complete privacy while enjoying together the wellness area with the infrared sauna, the spa on the terrace overlooking a green panorama, out of sight and a cocooning corner outside around the fire. Everything is at your disposal so you don't have to think about anything but your well-being.

This is the ideal place for both a quiet and an active vacation or weekend. The property is rented in 3 formulas: midweek (Mon 4pm to Fri 1pm) weekend (free 4pm to Sun 1pm) week (midweek+weekend) In July and August the house is rented per week: from Monday to Sunday

The fishing pavilion is located in an exceptional site. Facing the pond, it is extended by large sunny terraces that cascade down to the fishing pontoon. The property is located away from the village of Seloignes, near Chimay, located along a stream and on the edge of the forest. Once the gate is closed, you find yourself in another world. Quiet, by a stream and a pond, terrace, natural self-construction in wood-straw, wood stove, dry toilet, rudimentary kitchen (no electricity), handmade ceramic dishes from the Isa Workshop, double bed in mezzanine. 250 m approach walk to discover the cabin (Good shoes recommended).
