Our modern-style duplex has just been fully renovated and is fully equipped. Located in the city centre, it is still a relatively quiet spot at the back of the building ('Créaflors' store – rear courtyard). Our 70 m² accommodation is spread over two levels and comes with all the essentials: a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with a reading corner, and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. It is ideally located in the centre of Couvin, with free parking nearby.

Charming Chimay apartment on 2 floors. Come and discover our beautiful region, walks, visits, castle, restaurant and Scourmont Abbey of course, while staying close to the center of Chimay and the circuit, while being in a quiet area. The apartment consists of a living room with TV and a fully equipped kitchen on the first floor. The second floor is occupied by the bathroom (bathtub) as well as 2 bedrooms with king size bed) (180/200 The apartment is located above the Hair Design hair salon.

Everything has been created so that you can make a discreet and quiet entrance and escape in complete privacy while enjoying together the wellness area with the infrared sauna, the spa on the terrace overlooking a green panorama, out of sight and a cocooning corner outside around the fire. Everything is at your disposal so you don't have to think about anything but your well-being.

L'Étang du Sabotier – Highly comfortable pavilion

The fishing pavilion is located in an exceptional site. Facing the pond, it is extended by large sunny terraces that cascade down to the fishing pontoon. The property is located away from the village of Seloignes, near Chimay, located along a stream and on the edge of the forest. Once the gate is closed, you find yourself in another world. This achievement designed by an architect and an artist presents a great unity and magnifies nature.

New in 2025: an air conditioning system has been installed.
