Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté

We stayed at Patrick and Agnes's place with friends and kids. We are into wine tasting, good food, local culture and sports. Everything was perfectly doable at theirs, th running was amazing in the surrounding nature, the kids had a blast in the pool and Patrick and Agnes were just wonderful and even invited us for an apero. We had a wonderful time.

My brother and I stayed here for a night, while on a tour of France and Italy. I chose this based on our needs but mainly on the reviews Blandine had received. I must say our experience was far beyond our expectations. From the moment we arrived, Blandine greeted us with such a friendly welcome. The village is lovely and the home is perfect. We ate at the restaurant next door, which was amazing! However If I were to visit again, which I'm likely too, I'd take up the opportunity of eating at Blandine's place as it turns out she used to run a restauranteur for many years herself at this very place. This was one of the best places we stayed at on our trip and I'd love to visit again. In the meantime we highly recommend it to others.

A wonderful, spacious house with a beautiful garden, perfect for a long weekend with the family, everyone can find a corner to their liking, lots of games for the children. Billiards is a game that everyone loves!! A particularly well-equipped kitchen, enough to delight cooking enthusiasts. Perfect communication with the hosts.

Very good stay of several nights in peace. Well-equipped and functional accommodation, clean. Comfortable bedding. Very large landscaped and peaceful garden. Very nice jacuzzi, especially at the end of the day, already ready for our arrival. Several lakes nearby for beautiful walks, swimming and water activities. Avallon 15 minutes by car and Quarré les Tombes 10 minutes with a convenience store open every day. I highly recommend this quiet accommodation with very good value for money.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. Everything was perfectly as advertised, or even better! The apartment was impeccably clean, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The location is ideal, close to everything but quiet. The host was extremely responsive, welcoming and available to answer all our questions.

Melissa’s Gîte is beautiful. So peaceful, calm and pretty. Set on a gorgeous farm, loads to do for the kids outdoors. The cottage was pretty, well equipped, cozy and comfortable. Melissa was friendly, helpful and responsive, we would definitely go back to this gorgeous place.

A wonderful weekend in the heart of nature, in a heavenly environment! Anna is an exceptional host, warm, attentive, with good advice and very friendly. Hearty and delicious breakfast. We enjoyed many activities in the region (Guédelon, castle farm in Saint Fargeau, etc.) but also beautiful walks in the forest. I warmly recommend it and we'll be happy to come back! We spent a long weekend in Camilles‘ place and had a great time. Very cosy appartment, nice outdoor space and nicely renovated. We felt immediately at home. Our stay was during a couple of very hot days, and the lack of Air conditioning was being felt. The appartment is about 10 mins bicycle ride or 5 mins cab ride from the City center. We had a lovely stay at Louise’s place. The accommodation was beautiful and immaculate. The bed was super comfy too and just a short walk into the town.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation is very pleasant, quiet and well-equipped. The pool is great, ideal for relaxing in peace. The environment is peaceful, perfect for recharging. And above all, a huge thank you to Annie-Caroline for her warm welcome and kindness. We'll be happy to go back!

Our stay was lovely. We regretted having planned a stay that was too short to enjoy all the possibilities offered by the villa and the surrounding area. Special mention to the cleanliness of the villa, its equipment and the hospitality of Marie-Laurence and her husband who were very accommodating, responsive and generous in small attentions. Looking forward to staying there again.

Vincent was very nice, friendly and helpful. At the beginning, his mother welcomed us, she was also very friendly, kind and helpful. The accommodation was perfect, the view was breathtaking. As a great extra, we were allowed to help ourselves to the cherry tree and the vegetable patch. It was a very nice holiday

Guillaume is a great host. The place is amazing and had everything we needed. It's very private and there are no neighbours, so it's perfect for a retreat. Guillaume showed and explained everything to us during check-in, so we felt right at home. It's a large but still comfortable place with lots of fun activities in and around the house. He even accommodated an early check-in and late check-out for us.

Didier is a great guy he welcomed us warmly and allowed us to park the motos in his garden out of sight. The little house in the trees is perfect for exploring Besançon. This is easiest by foot or bicycle. The famous citadel is only a short distance as the crow flies but a climb for humans. There is a bakery and convenience store within 15 minutes walk. We were 12 people, from 6 to 72 years old. Everyone loved these 4 days!The house is simply beautiful, there are plenty of activities for all ages, it's close to the city centre and above all we had a great welcome from Dorian, by message because unfortunately he was absent, but he had put 2 good bottles in the fridge as a welcome gift, and also from his parents, extremely kind and helpful, and who were very good advice for visits. This is by far the best cottage we've done so far!

The accommodation is beautiful, quiet and private. You could enjoy the peace and really relax. The house was very well maintained and had everything you need. We felt right at home. The view of the lake from the terrace was breathtaking. It was a pity that the whirlpool was so warm and you couldn't cool it. The hostess is very friendly, uncomplicated and was very anxious that we were doing well. We would come back anytime.

A beautiful oasis of peace in the countryside in France. The garden was beautifully lush and you have views of vast fields from all sides (if you walk a little out of the garden). For food, it is useful to bring some with you before you get there, there is a small fridge, pans and a gas stove (among other things). It is nice to go to a market to get food, where and when they are you can ask Hubert & Victoria, they are very sweet people and very helpful. I came here to have complete peace and to paint, and I certainly succeeded. The area is beautiful and I loved to put on music and then cook. The bed sleeps wonderfully and the shower is also particularly pleasant. Because the interior is so lovely, this really adds to the whole feeling. It is certainly suitable for a couple or family, but also for solo travellers.

Beautiful and peaceful setting by the river. Great garden for the dogs plus kayak and paddle boards to explore the river for longer stays. Cecile accommodated an earlier check in which was very much appreciated. It's a shame we didn't have longer to explore the area.

A quaint cottage just like in the pictures in a small village. In addition to a beautiful church where we were spontaneously shown around by a lady from the village who we happened to speak. Beautiful walks made from the cottage with our dog. We saw different types of birds including the hops! Beautiful places nearby. A wonderful holiday in a cottage that is equipped with all comforts. A fenced garden with seating and sun loungers. In short, highly recommended!

Nestled in a cul-de-sac on the banks of the Serein, this duplex apartment is full of charm, thanks to its terrace and decor. Alix is a responsive and attentive host. We'd be happy to do it again for a future stop in Chablis!

Beautiful accommodation with a lot of character, ideal for a romantic getaway, I recommend it and I would come back without hesitation, Alban was really very nice. Very nice discovery in the heart of the city.

Our family came together for a week at Les Coquelicots from all parts of the world and what a wonderful time we had. The home is charmingly appointed and fits eight adults comfortably, with lots of alternative spaces in which to find quiet or relocate for a change of scenery. The garden is a lovely setting for reading and dining, the living room is spacious for games and movies and the bar is another kitsch space to convene with some delicious bottles easily found in Burgundy. We were always able to contact someone for assistance and we found lots of spices, teas, oils, vinegars and all one might want to find in a delightful countryside kitchen. The home is in a beautiful village about 20 mins by car from Beaune and other villages within the region. Walking in the countryside and enjoying an evening sunset is possible on foot to many different vantage points. It’s a special place to relax, make memories and feel connected with nature.
