I am fully air-conditioned and have a beautiful walled garden. A washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, food processor, coffee machine, gas barbecue and electric car charging station are available for your use. Stay in a former forge with rustic charm, surrounded by nature and animals, 20 minutes from the Grands Lacs. Large master bedroom (35 m²) with private shower room and toilet. Relaxation area with sauna, jacuzzi and rowing machine. Optional bedroom in a former hayloft (2 people) with shower and toilet. (No kitchenette) but 2 electric hobs and a gas BBQ are available, with pots, pans, plates, etc. Hikes starting from the house, games (boules, table tennis, badminton) and bike rental.

The Festival

Alliance du moderne et de l'ancien, cette maison combine fonctionnalité et romantisme. Rénovation tout juste terminée, les équipements sont donc flambant neufs : TV, électroménager, WIFI et un piano de cuisson pour les amateurs! Nous sommes au pied des vignobles proches de Viré, Clessé, Lugny et du berceau Chardonnay, sur lesquels je pourrai volontiers vous faire partager ma passion. Accès très facile par la D906, sortie autoroute à 15 mn, parking devant la maison.

Designed to be warm and friendly, for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.  From the house, put on your sneakers and access superb viewpoints in a few minutes… Mountain biking, hiking or running, in the vineyards or in the forest, the choice is yours! Not to mention the cellars to visit and the Chablis to taste.

Located at an altitude of 700 m in a very quiet site on the heights of Tholy, in the heart of the Hautes Vosges. Close to the forest, many hiking trails and mountain bike trails.

Baptisé "Un Autre Monde", this atypical place is installed in an old printing press, close to the city center. You have more than 250 m2 of fully equipped and personalized spaces with the unique furniture I create. You also have a games room and a relaxation area (by reservation and shared with the other apartments). A large garage allows you to park at least 3 cars and motorcycles. You will have a garden by the river accessible by a few steps.
