A couples’ retreat, the Canyon Wren Cottage is sculpted into bedrock amongst pinion pines and old growth mountain mahogany brush. A picturesque erosion sculpted sandstone monolith rises four stories at the edge of the yard, just beyond the cottage. The approach to the cottage from Teasdale Road, is down a short lane crossing through woodland fringed meadow with a wetland on one side and alfalfa cultivation on the other. The backdrop is beautiful rock form, including a large balanced rock.

Experience our luxury Tiny Home, nestled in rural Southern Utah, redrock cliffs in the distance, busy Milky Way skyscape, in a quiet little hamlet on the edge of Capitol Reef National Park. From a distance the Tiny Home looks kinda ... tiny - but once inside, there's a feeling of spaciousness and light - high ceilings and lots of windows. It is really ideal for 1-2 people, but there's a comfy sofa bed as well for a 3rd person, and a long padded bench for a fourth. Large deck for stargazing!

40 Acre Escalante Canyon Retreat

This river front home tucked in between large cottonwood shade trees with views on all sides of the Escalante Canyon, meadows, cliffs, and river. Hike from the front door to first class scenic wonders. There are natural wonders right out the front door and within an hour's drive. Look for deer and wild turkey in the meadow in the mornings and evenings and watch the cloud shadows change over the canyon walls. Head up or down the canyon into rugged wilderness, and return home to comfort.

Birch Creek House

The Birch Creek House is a 1900sqft, 3 bed, 3.5 bath house on 160 private acres 5 miles outside of the City of Escalante. The house is steps away from its name sake, the Birch Creek, which cascades down 2 waterfalls before joining with North Creek to form the Escalante River. The land borders Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument. In addition to the double waterfall mentioned above, the property also features several pictographs, petroglyphs, cliff dwellings of past inhabitants.

Southwest Retreat

The house has wonderful views, is peaceful and comfortable. It is located on the edge of the Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument and is centrally located with easy access to hiking, biking, and exploring. Southwestern Retreat is just a few blocks off Highway 12, an All American Highway, and is located between Bryce Canyon National Park and Capitol Reef National Park. The house has a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Private upper floor apartment amongst the pinions overlooking Torrey. Disc Golf Course on the property. Mountain and red rock views from the deck. Inside, there is a spacious living room with pull-out-bed sofa, full kitchen, 3/4 bathroom, laundry, and king bedroom. This comfortable apartment is tucked away in a central location near the intersection of highways 12 and 24. INTERNET FLUCTUATES! ZOOM, ETC, NOT POSSIBLE! Do not arrive before 3PM without permission. The Old Bailey Place

Enjoy a Southern Utah adventure at The Old Bailey Place, a restored 1890 pioneer cabin with up-to-date amenities in the quaint town of Escalante, Utah. Midway between Bryce Canyon and Capital Reef National Parks, and in the middle of Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument, The Old Bailey offers an historic connection to the region. You will be within walking distance to restaurants, groceries, outfitting guides and stores.

The Little House

The modern conveniences of The Little House sharply contrast the old-fashioned construction.
