Nous avons été séduit par ce Riad qui nous a fait tout de suite nous sentir chez nous, en pleine Médina. Tout était accessible à pied. Ce qui nous a vraiment frappé c est le calme et le côté apaisant tout en étant à deux pas des souks. Le Riad a été parfaitement conçu et convient parfaitement à une famille de 4 personnes. Le petit bassin sur le roof top a vraiment été appréciable au moment de l’apéro. Lydie et son marie ont été aux petits soins avec nous. Séjourner dans ce super Riad au calme dans un quartier sécurisé a contribué à faire de ce gros week-end un moment inoubliable. Encore Merci pour votre accueil.

Un excellent séjour d’une semaine dans ce Riad idéalement situé. L’accueil est bienveillant et attentionné. Le Riad est calme et respire la quiétude parfait pour se reposer après une journée active. La piscine est très agréable pour se rafraîchir et la wifi fonctionne parfaitement. Merci à Elodie et Nadia pour cet agréable sejour.

Me and my girlfriend had a great stay at Riad Belikoss. The riad looks very nice and has a great rooftop to enjoy breakfast or to relax. Our room was great, clean and looking nice. The mattresses are quite firm, but that was no problem for us. Breakfast is really great here. And the staff are very kind and helpful. The riad is located in the medina, so it’s very easy to walk to all kinds of beautiful places and restaurants. Taxi’s are also nearby. This place gets a definite recommend from us and we will come back here the next time we are in Marrakech.

A real gem in Marrakech! I discovered this little gem about two years ago, around five months after it first opened, and I promised myself I would come back on my next trip to Marrakech — and I’m so glad I did! Catriona and Ayoub were wonderful hosts. They gave me great tips on places to visit, and thanks to them, I discovered the amazing world of Hassan Hajjaj. I especially want to thank Ayoub, who was incredibly helpful and patient — his kindness really made a difference during my stay. Can’t recommend Riad Chebakia enough — I’ll definitely be back again!

With only a 3-day stay in Marrakech, Riad 111 provided the perfect location to make my trip smooth and comfortable. I had missed my flight and rescheduled to arrive at 8am the next day, and with the help of Soufyane (the heart of this Riad), I arrived early in the morning with organised pick up and my room prepared. Soufyane was a highlight of this trip, and was incredibly kind and knowledgeable of places to eat, tourist spots, as well as tips and tricks for taxi’s, the souks and general getting around. He was incredibly funny, tuned in to all the Australian slang, responded quickly to my many questions, and an overall joy to be around at the end of a long day of sightseeing. My room was so comfortable, and the traditional breakfast each morning accompanied by Moroccan tea was the best start to the day. The Riad was just outside of the main Medina area, but everything was still within 10-20 minutes walking distance. Book this to feel at home in Marrakech.

Un grand merci à Wafa et Mohamed pour votre accueil si chaleureux et attentionné durant notre séjour au riad. Nous avons passé un moment merveilleux, dans un cadre magnifique et apaisant, et cela n’aurait pas été pareil sans votre gentillesse, votre disponibilité et vos délicates attentions au quotidien. Tout était parfait : le lieu, l’ambiance, les repas… et surtout votre hospitalité. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs, et l’envie de revenir !
