Located in the Anjou wine region, this rustic 100m2 cottage equipped with all modern amenities is part of an old winegrowers property called 'Closerie Les Roches' that includes two other cottages. We are close to charming villages and towns such as Montreuil-Bellay and Saumur. Visit local wineries, explore famous Loire valley castles, visit the award-winning Doué-la-Fontaine zoo or just stroll among the vines right outside the property. We are delighted to make our "Villa des Vignes" available, which has just been renovated. This beautiful residence surrounded by vineyards is located in a large, densely wooded park built around old lime kilns, which gives it a unique character.
