Notable villages and sites (Castelnau-Barbarens, Simorre, Sansan) Numerous hiking and bike trails. Horseback riding excursions for experienced riders nearby. Limited access to the owners’ pool; opening hours to be agreed upon together.

The house has 2 bedrooms, each with dressing room, shower room and toilet. A living room with sofa bed and a cocooning corner ideal for daydreaming or reading. A fully equipped and bright kitchen. A covered and intimate terrace with access to the shared swimming pool during the summer. Please note there is no internet access in my cottage.

Right in the heart of the Astarac PNR project, you will discover its biodiversity, architectural and agroecological heritage.

The mill sleeps four people max.
