The cottage is on the ground floor, on one level of approximately 30 m2. Access from the common courtyard with our home. It is located in a small cul-de-sac, quiet. It's cool in the summer. Ideally located close to the train station. The large garden is shared with our house (see map in photo). It is wooded, secure and closed. Within a 10-minute walk: SNCF and bus station, bakery, tobacconist, convenience store, landscaped banks of the Gers and a park of more than one hectare. Pets welcome.

Free parking. All shops on foot. Shopping mall at 500m. Samatan Market 2kms away. Lake and recreational area. Auch 30mn Toulouse 40mn.

Charming luxury stone house attached to the quiet main property, located in the heart of the Gers countryside, 10 min from Auch. The house includes 2 bedrooms with each dressing room, shower room and toilet. A living room with a sofa bed and a cocooning area ideal for daydreaming or reading. A fully-equipped and bright kitchen. An intimate covered terrace with access to the shared swimming pool in summer. Please note that there is no internet access in my cottage.

Guests can enjoy its small terrace, the view of the Pyrenees and the hills of Gers. Studio for two people without children (because of the ladder). No light pollution, ideal accommodation for astronomy fans or simply for those who like to look at the stars ⭐️

This apartment will offer you all the comfort you need. (1st floor) The double bed is 160x200 and 2 extra beds for one person can accommodate 2 additional people. Very well located, with air conditioning, on the 1st floor, 5 minutes walk from the cathedral. There are free spots on the surrounding streets. Bed linens and towels are provided.
