In the first contact with Mr. Altair, we were promptly answered and the doubts answered, giving us more confidence for the location. Condominium with 24 hours condominium, quiet, the house is very close to the entrance. Upon arriving at the house we were greeted by Mr. Altair and his wife, where we were introduced to the house and the operation of the equipment and the condominium , the house is very spacious, beautiful, very functional. In the accommodation, bedding, bath, soaps (liquid and bar)and toilet paper are included! We felt in a 5-star kkk hotel. The entire house is air-conditioned, the swimming pool with children is a lot of free space. A qquer question q we had with the functioning of the Sr Altair house responded to us promptly. We recommend and plan to come back as soon as possible!

The stay was great, the only problem we had is that the awning to protect the gourmet area from the rain didn't fix very well on the ground, and the internet was slow… but as it rained little we didn't have so much trouble with it! We made good use of the house and was compatible with the listing.

The house is great, room fans, full kitchen, internet flying, well spacious barbecue area with freezer, everything works. The swimming pool is a chapter apart, warm all day, it is heated, perfect for children, including the night. And you can count on the security and facilities of the condominium! Carnival 2024 could not have been better! Even soon Mr Luiz!

Sandra is an excellent host who lacks words to describe how thoughtful and dedicated she is. The house accommodations are great, appliances and quality utensils,we love the wood-burning stove, the view from the house is wonderful. We want to come back more often.
