Proprietate este situată într-o zonă foarte pitoreasca în mijlocul naturii, la marginea proprietăți curge o vale, proprietatea dispune de o plantație de zmeura dar și foarte mulți copaci fructiferi, accesul se poate face cu orice tip de autoturism, se afla la 7 km de Sighetu Marmației și la 20 km de Cimitirul Vesel. Dispune și de un ciubar de 6 - 8 persoane din fibra de sticla. Se pot face mai multe drumeții în zone deosebit de frumoase.
