Welcome to our guesthouse, a simple yet inviting space on our family property. Inside, you'll find a well-lit bathroom with a rain shower, a TV, and internet. A coffee machine, fridge, and comfy sofa make the living area ideal for relaxation. An elevated space holds two mattresses—one for sleeping, the other for lounging—that convert into beds for groups of four. Outside, enjoy a seat at a table set before a hill of sun-loving plants. No kitchen, but home-cooked meals are available upon request.

Our spacious and unique country house sits in the heart of Šumadija, an easy 100km drive from Belgrade and 20 minutes from Topola, in Jarmenovci village. Down the slope of Rudnik mountain, for those who love nature, peace and quiet, we offer you an ideal space to enjoy, unwind, and explore the picturesque area. Local attractions include... wineries, restaurants, local produce, hiking on Rudnik and Bukulja, monasteries and Oplenac, aquapark (Arandjelovac), local open-air swimming pools.

Etno kuca Ostrvica

Nalazimo se u selu Varnice,u podnožju planine Ostrvica, od Beograda udaljeno oko 90 minuta. Prizemlje kuće čine kuhinja i dnevna soba,kupatilo i terasa,a na spratu su dve spavaće sobe,hodnik i kupatilo.Ukupan smeštajni kapacitet je 7 osoba. Mi smo pet-friendly. Po dodatnoj ceni služimo tradicionalne šumadijske specijalitete od domaćih organskih namirnica.Planina Ostrvica kao spomenik prirode vulkanskog porekla veoma je popularna, na njenom vrhu nalaze se ostaci zamka sagrađenog u 15.veku.

Relax with the whole family or two families at this peaceful place to stay. The facility is built from natural materials, wood and stone, which puts it in the category of eco-housing. The coatings with which the wood is treated are water-based, which enables an anti-allergic environment and self-regulation of humidity. Wood provides a warm environment, a healthier lifestyle and a unique living experience. Due to its antistatic properties, it has a calming effect on humans.
