Real nice place to stay

My wife and I have stayed in many Airbnb's in many countries, and this airy serene retreat overlooking the most beautiful square in Mexico City is far and away our favorite. I've now stayed there twice and can't wait to go back. The neighborhood, Roma Norte, is one of the shadiest, most lively and most walkable anywhere we have traveled, filled with great art, restaurants, street food and people watching. We could live there tomorrow, and the Penthouse, with its view of the trees and fountain the square and its dreamy private rooftop, is the best possible place to stay. Highest possible recommendation.

Paty's place is a comfortable and charming apartment in the heart of Condesa. The location is ideal - a 12 minute walk to Chapultepec Park, short walks to plenty of restaurants, cafes, and ice cream parlors - and conveniently situated on a broad avenue that was surprisingly quiet. The living space was pleasant and spacious with a small balcony to enjoy coffee or have some fresh air. Paty was very responsive and provided helpful recommendations and instructions. We would stay here again on a future trip!

I completely enjoyed my 10 week stay at Maria Luisa's apartment. The Roma Norte location was perfect and the walk to my language school was beautiful, much of it on Av Amsterdam. I enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony watching birds in the lovely trees screening the balcony from the street. The building is secure and the neighborhood felt safe. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. I had some confusion about the TV which was my fault for not realizing the "smart TV" listing meant being connected to the internet for Netflix etc. but without cable to receive local TV channels. Once I understood that, everything was fine. The apartment was comfortable and full of natural light. The shower was great, no issues with water pressure or hot water. I would recommend this apartment and stay there again.

We stayed in Nemesio's apartment in the Condesa and it was an excellent experience. The apartment is very nice, spacious, well equipped and comfortable, with all the facilities one might need for a pleasant stay: full kitchen, well distributed spaces and good lighting. The location is unbeatable: in the heart of the Condesa, a charming neighborhood, safe, with many options for strolling, dining and enjoying the city on foot. In addition, Nemesio was an exceptional host: very friendly, available and attentive at all times. It made things so much easier for us, even when some unforeseen events arose, and was kind enough to allow us a late checkout, which was very helpful. Communication with him was always smooth, cordial and prompt. Fully recommended, we would definitely repeat

From the first contact I had with Laura it was quite kind. I accurately detailed the area, amenities, and accommodation. On our arrival she was quite flexible with the schedule with the courtesy of welcoming us even a little early. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, clean and comes with everything you need for a pleasant stay. He recommended places around us. It's quite safe and busy. There are exquisite restaurants at very good prices. The balcony, garden, gym and apartment itself are so comfortable that you really wanted to spend more time there. Tmb has laundry area. The apartment's lighting and ventilation are excellent. The view is beautiful and the proximity it has with the historic center, Angel of independence, Rome etc makes it an excellent place to know surrounding areas The safety of the place is amazing and the vigilantes are very attentive. He was very flexible with the check out schedule. I highly recommend the apartment ☺️

Our stay was excellent. Restaurants near by as well as the metrobus. Having a washer for our clothes was key. We would definitely stay here again.
