There are tourist areas, restaurants, cafes, entertainment venues, markets, shops, etc. around it. It is also very convenient for transportation to tourist attractions. Our historic building, constructed towards the end of the 19th century, is located in a very central area. It is just a 2-minutes walk from Istiklal Street. The street where our building is located is closed to vehicle traffic, and due to our neighbors being hotels, it is both very secure and quiet. Throughout its 150-year history, our building has experienced 9 major earthquakes without sustaining any damage. It is believed that the building was constructed by Armenian and Greek stonemasons.
